During the program they teach you a lot of things. They talk to you about – they teach you about heart failure, they teach you nutrition, they do cardiac discussions. A lot of it – most of it is interactive and then we do exercises to some degree, what – and they tailor the exercises to what you can manage or what I can manage, and different people do different things. And there’s a various assortment of ages. I would venture to guess that I was one of the youngest ones ‘cause there were some very elderly people there.
